At the moment these laws are in the form of bullet points. They will be expanded at a later date.
- Always wake up at least one hour after dawn
- Always sleep 1-3 hours or 5-7 hours
- Special laws based on age
- Need to do more research on sleep phases
- Pay off sleep debt by going to sleep earlier, NEVER by sleeping until late.
- Brew a pot of tea (no milk or sugar) at night and place it by the bedside. Upon waking up, the first thing you must do is drink the tea. After that, do not spend more than 15 minutes in bed.
