[edit] Morning (breakfast)

A very nutritious breakfast can give you the energy you need until the midday meal. Oats soaked in milk is very filling and delicious too, even without added sugar or other taste and flavour enhancing ingredients. The preparation is beyond simple! Simply take a container, pour oats (crushed or whole) into it, and add milk. Put the container in the fridge. That's it! The next morning, you will have a delicious cold porridge of oats that is easily digestible and will give you energy for several hours. This simple meal is very quick to eat which is an added bonus, because most people are in a rush to leave the house in the mornings.

The above preparation method is particularly suited to warm climates (or summertime). For winter, simply place oats in a container, add milk, and heat the mixture. This takes longer to prepare, so it is recommended to start preparation sufficiently in advance.

Any milk can be used, but raw milk is preferred. While ingredients can be added to enhance the flavour or taste, it is not recommended on a regular basis as it can lead to dependence on these ingredients. This simple meal by itself has plenty of energy stored in it, and the addition of sugar for example has no real benefit.
